Oh good, I’m very much looking forward to hearing from you again! Hope things are well with you and your family.

So I’ve listened to the podcast and have a question – could you talk some more about the starch that you use? What do you use? How do you use it? Does it gum up your iron?
Love the podcast Frances. 🙂
Hi Miss Frances, I did listen while both having fun and not suffering! I am not making the retreat quilt at the retreat I am at, so I had time this morning to start beading a quilt and put in my earbuds to listen to the podcast. I did laugh out loud several times and I believe I looked kind of demented to the other retreaters quietly sewing their tumbling blocks. I like the open earning foot #24 on the newer not Coke Classic machines. It let’s you see better. Take care.
Make that darning foot! Oh iPhone text correction – how you mock.
I’m also make the Farmer’s Wife blocks… but hadn’t thought of incorporating them into a pot holder! Great Christmas idea! Yours are so nice, love the little Captain’s Wheel!
Cute potholders! Make sure you use Insul-Bright when you sew them up. Joanne’s was out when I made mine and they are not as insulating as I wish they were.
Thanks for inspiring podcasts. Love hearing about your quilting and knitting adventures. On this podcast you talked about tearing out magazine pages. Have you checked into using Pinterest.Com as away of saving favorite colors or items ?
